Sauna guest reviews
`The Moleshill retreat is a really nourishing and special place and a very accessible way to have a mini retreat and regulate one’s nervous system in a few hours. Lara creates a welcoming experience with little touches that add an extra layer of pampering.. I loved the combination and contrast of the wildness of a west wales landsape with the ice cold water and the warmth of the sauna. It’s a great way to catch up with friends too!'
`Lara is the perfect host explaining everything fully, thinking of all the small details from towel wraps for your hair to the tastiest warm drinks and refreshing flavoured waters. The whole experience is just perfect for retreating from the hustle of every day life and treating yourself to some quality r&r. 10/10 highly recommend it xx'

`The most tranquil experience I’ve ever had, beautiful and calm surroundings with Lara looking after us so well. Ice bath seems daunting at first, but after a quick dip, then the sauna - so relaxing and rejuvenating! Best sleep and felt like my whole body had had a workout. Can’t wait to return!'
`The sauna’s setting is wonderful, the view from there is absolutely breathtaking, so peaceful and relaxing. After a sauna and ice bath session in those stunning surroundings you feel very refreshed and rejuvenated! I would highly recommend as an experience for a couple to spend quality time together.'
Camping guest review
`Our stay was short but sweet,
Lara was more than helpful and the place was so well stocked, we had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
The rainy weather didn’t dampen our spirits either, as the sauna kept us warm and cosy - it was the highlight of our stay!'
`Wow, we absolutely loved our stay.
It's the first time we have glamped and Lara and family have made it an absolute home from home.
The surroundings are beautiful, loved hearing the sheep and wildlife and on a clear day you can see the sea glistening in the distance.
We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the outdoor shower area was a particular favourite with me.
Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.'
Camping guest review
`The areas of the 4 acre field that have been left to grow are the perfect habitat for all manner of insects, birds and various other creatures. We saw so many huge dragonflies, butterflies and bees living their best lives! At night you can hear the crickets constantly chirping, the owls hooting and the odd fox screeching in the distance.
We were lucky to be staying during a meteor shower so had spectacular views both nights as the skies were crystal clear.
I think I've covered everything, we had just the most lovely, peaceful, relaxing time and if you didn't already know, I highly recommend Moleshill Retreat!'
